- 16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- Sea salt flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust and smooth it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Drizzle with salted caramel sauce before serving and garnish with sea salt flakes.
