- 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add river prawns and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
- Optionally skewer the prawns for easier grilling.
- Grill prawns for 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
