Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and halve baby potatoes, then toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites in batches until browned on all sides.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant. Return all steak bites to the pan, coating them in the garlic butter.
  5. Serve hot with crispy potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley.
