Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, eggs, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
  5. For the streusel topping, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour in a small bowl; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  6. Fill muffin tins two-thirds full with batter and top with streusel mixture.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
