  • 1 lb ribeye steak
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 medium heirloom tomato, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • ½ cup sour cream (for sauce)
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. 1. Season both sides of the ribeye steak with salt and pepper. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat for about five minutes.
