Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 medium tomato (sliced)
  • 8 pickle slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper; form into four thick patties slightly larger than the buns.
  3. Grill patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side; flip and add cheese on top. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until desired doneness.
  4. In a separate pan, cook eggs sunny-side up until whites are set but yolks remain runny.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by the patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and the fried egg.
  6. Top with tomato slices and pickles, then place the top bun on each burger. Serve hot.
