- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1 packet gravy mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray for greasing baking dish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté sliced onions and mushrooms until soft, about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; shape into thick patties (about 1 inch).
- Sear each patty in the same skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth and gravy mix; pour over the patties in the baking dish.
- Top with sautéed onions and mushrooms evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes for a crispy top.
