  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
