- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a roasting pan with nonstick spray.
- Season pork loin generously with salt and pepper.
- In a hot skillet over medium-high heat, sear pork on all sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
