  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare rice according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken seasoned lightly with salt; cook until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add fresh green beans along with soy sauce and honey mixture; cook until beans are bright green yet still crisp, approximately 3–4 minutes.
  5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds before serving on a bed of fluffy rice.
