  • Ribeye Steak
  • Baby Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients; wash and halve baby potatoes.
  2. Season the ribeye steak generously with salt and pepper; let it sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Lower heat, add butter and minced garlic to the pan, spooning over the steak for 2-3 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
