  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear the beef cubes until browned on all sides.

  5. Meanwhile, cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente in a separate pot of salted boiling water.
