Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them.
  2. In a blender, combine strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture; adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
  5. Insert sticks into molds and freeze for at least four hours until solid.
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds.
