Description

Ingredients

  • 6 Fresh Lemons
  • 2 tablespoons Culinary-Grade Lavender Buds
  • 1 cup Sugar (or to taste)
  • 4 cups Filtered Water
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of filtered water in a saucepan. Add lavender buds and steep for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a separate pot, create simple syrup by combining equal parts sugar and 1 cup of water over medium heat until dissolved.
  3. Juice the lemons to yield about 1 cup of lemon juice, straining out any seeds.
  4. In a pitcher, mix the lavender infusion, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  5. Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water, stir well, and refrigerate or serve immediately over ice.
