Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of filtered water in a saucepan. Add lavender buds and steep for 10-15 minutes.
- In a separate pot, create simple syrup by combining equal parts sugar and 1 cup of water over medium heat until dissolved.
- Juice the lemons to yield about 1 cup of lemon juice, straining out any seeds.
- In a pitcher, mix the lavender infusion, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water, stir well, and refrigerate or serve immediately over ice.
