Instructions
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and chili flakes until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and add chopped green onions. Toss gently to coat.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
