  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts, cooking for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Remove from skillet.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat and add remaining butter, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet with drained linguine. Toss gently until pasta is coated in the sauce, adding parsley before serving.
  6. Serve hot with additional parsley or Parmesan if desired.
