Description

Nutter Butter Pie is a decadent no-bake dessert that combines creamy peanut butter filling with a crunchy cookie crust. Perfect for any occasion, this delightful treat will leave your taste buds dancing.


Ingredients

  • 24 Nutter Butter cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Nutter Butter cookies and melted butter until moist.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar until combined.
  5. Gently fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  6. Spread the filling into the cooled cookie crust and top with chocolate chips if desired.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
