  • 2 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice ribeye against the grain for tenderness; chop bell peppers and onions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ribeye; season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (about 5 minutes).
