Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once cooled, poke holes in the cake and pour the mixture of sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk over it.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and spread over the soaked cake.
