  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ginger powder or 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

Instructions
