  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 12 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Remove and let rest before slicing.
  3. Toss sliced chicken in teriyaki sauce until coated.
  4. Roll out pizza dough and transfer it to a baking sheet. Spread additional teriyaki sauce on top.
  5. Layer chicken, mozzarella, red bell pepper, and green onions on the dough.
