Description

Stuffed Dates are a delightful appetizer, bursting with flavor and a perfect blend of sweetness and creaminess. Each bite features soft Medjool dates filled with tangy goat cheese, crunchy pistachios, and a hint of honey, making them an irresistible treat for any gathering.   • 12 Medjool dates
  • 4 oz goat cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup pistachios (roughly chopped)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 slices bacon (optional, cooked and crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise without cutting all the way through to create an opening.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened goat cheese and chopped pistachios until well combined.
  4. Generously stuff each date with the mixture. If using, crumble cooked bacon on top.
  5. Arrange the stuffed dates on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle with honey before serving warm.
