- 4 oz goat cheese (softened)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice each Medjool date lengthwise without cutting all the way through to create an opening.
- In a bowl, mix softened goat cheese and chopped pistachios until well combined.
