- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa

- Press tofu between paper towels to remove moisture and cut into cubes.

- Heat sesame oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and sauté tofu cubes until golden brown (10-15 minutes).
