- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable bag or bowl and pour half of the marinade over them. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated chicken to the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with reserved marinade and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
- Switch to broil for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
