  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a resealable bag or bowl and pour half of the marinade over them. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer the marinated chicken to the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with reserved marinade and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
  5. Switch to broil for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  6. Serve hot, drizzled with remaining sauce and garnish as desired.
