- 8 oz sushi-grade salmon, diced
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (preferably Japanese)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking oil and press wonton wrappers into each cup. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- While the wontons bake, combine diced salmon, Sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, and half of the green onions in a bowl.
- Slice avocado and cucumber.
- Once wonton cups are cool enough, fill each cup with the spicy salmon mixture and top with avocado and cucumber slices.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and remaining green onions before serving.
