Ingredients

  • 8 oz sushi-grade salmon, diced
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (preferably Japanese)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking oil and press wonton wrappers into each cup. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. While the wontons bake, combine diced salmon, Sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, and half of the green onions in a bowl.
  3. Slice avocado and cucumber.
  4. Once wonton cups are cool enough, fill each cup with the spicy salmon mixture and top with avocado and cucumber slices.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and remaining green onions before serving.
