- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup jasmine rice

- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
