- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine sourdough discard, flour, and salt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- 2. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 3. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl covered with a cloth for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- 4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
- 5. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, sprinkle cheese and toppings evenly.
- 6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 1-2 inch pieces.
- 7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
