- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 225°F (107°C). Add your choice of wood chips for flavor.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper to create the rub.
