  • 1 French baguette or ciabatta (about 12 oz)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette or ciabatta into half-inch thick pieces.
