- 1 cup orzo pasta (dry)
- 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes; pour in the chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker; stir in heavy cream and spinach. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Boil water and prepare orzo according to package instructions; drain.
