- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (pureed)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (pureed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Divide the batter into two bowls; fold in pureed raspberries in one bowl and leave the other plain.
- Pour alternating spoonfuls of raspberry and plain batter over the crust. Use a knife to swirl them together.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
