Description

Red, White & Blue Cheesecake Swirled Bars are a stunning dessert that celebrates summer with vibrant colors and delightful flavors.   • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (pureed)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (pureed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  3. Divide the batter into two bowls; fold in pureed raspberries in one bowl and leave the other plain.
  4. Pour alternating spoonfuls of raspberry and plain batter over the crust. Use a knife to swirl them together.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
