- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water, then drain.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and prawns; sauté for 3-4 minutes until prawns turn pink and opaque.
- In a food processor, blend basil leaves, toasted pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth. Adjust olive oil for desired creaminess.
- Combine drained pasta, sautéed prawns, and pesto sauce in the pot; stir until evenly coated. Add reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
