  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch tart pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of the tart pan.
