  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss in a bowl with pepperoni, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until well coated.
  3. Layer half of the biscuit mixture in the bundt pan and press down gently. Add half of the remaining cheese on top.
  4. Pour in any leftover pepperoni or seasoning before adding the rest of the biscuit mixture. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before flipping onto a serving plate. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
