- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss in a bowl with pepperoni, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until well coated.
- Layer half of the biscuit mixture in the bundt pan and press down gently. Add half of the remaining cheese on top.
- Pour in any leftover pepperoni or seasoning before adding the rest of the biscuit mixture. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before flipping onto a serving plate. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
