- 1 (5-7 lb) Bone-In Ham
- 1 cup Brown Sugar (light or dark)
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice (freshly squeezed or canned)
- 1 can Pineapple Slices (fresh preferred)
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 6 Whole Cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a roasting pan.
- Place the ham cut-side down in the pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, and cloves; stir until smooth.
- Generously brush half of the glaze over the scored ham.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for approximately 15 minutes per pound, basting with remaining glaze every 30 minutes.
- During the last 30 minutes of baking, place pineapple slices on top with toothpicks.
- Let rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
