Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp pure peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour half the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Mix remaining peppermint extract into the rest of the fudge and pour over the first layer.
  4. Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the top.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the candy cane topping.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours until set. Remove from the pan using parchment overhang and slice into squares.
