- 24 Oreos (crushed)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter until crumbly. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust, then bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by vanilla extract.
- Fold in additional crushed Oreos to the cheesecake mixture. Pour over the baked crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
