  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sour cream and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Mix in orange zest and juice along with vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently to avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
