Instructions

  6. Roll the warm cake in a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
  7. Whip heavy cream with vanilla until soft peaks form; spread over cooled cake.
  8. Roll the cake back up without the towel and place seam-side down on a platter.
