- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into 4-inch circles.
- In a bowl, combine apple slices with granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and melted butter.
- Place one tablespoon of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold over and crimp edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
