  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (about 1 oz)
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (adjust for spice level)
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • Sour cream for serving

Instructions
