Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium bowl and let it cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix together granulated sugar and brown sugar, then add the melted butter until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently incorporate the fresh raspberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
