- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water; let sit for 5 minutes, then gently heat until dissolved.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the melted white chocolate, then mix in the dissolved gelatin and matcha powder until combined.
- Gently fold in the remaining whipped cream. Alternate spoonfuls of both mixtures into serving cups and swirl together with a toothpick.
