Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water; let sit for 5 minutes, then gently heat until dissolved.
  4. Fold half of the whipped cream into the melted white chocolate, then mix in the dissolved gelatin and matcha powder until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the remaining whipped cream. Alternate spoonfuls of both mixtures into serving cups and swirl together with a toothpick.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
