  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta of choice (fettuccine or penne recommended)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: dice garlic and chop any herbs you are using.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear each side until golden brown (about five minutes per side), then remove from the pan.
