Description

Mango Magnums are a delightful frozen treat that combines the tropical sweetness of ripe mangoes with creamy yogurt and a refreshing hint of lime. Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes (about 2 cups diced)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (full-fat or Greek)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds or small cups.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for easier release.
  6. Serve immediately; garnish with fresh mint or toasted coconut if desired.
