Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh lobster meat (cooked)
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1/2 cup high-quality mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot; cook lobster tails until bright red and opaque (8-10 minutes). Cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped lobster, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, dill, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut brioche buns in half and toast lightly on a baking sheet until golden brown.
  4. Generously spoon lobster filling onto each toasted bun half; top with the other half or serve open-faced.
