  • 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the sausages until browned on all sides (about 10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté until softened (5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Deglaze the pan with balsamic vinegar, scraping up any flavorful bits from the bottom. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Return sausages to the skillet to warm through. Serve hot.
