Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate melts (milk, dark, or white)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup hot milk (dairy or plant-based)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your silicone molds by lightly spraying them with cooking oil.
  2. Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Coat the inside of each mold with melted chocolate, ensuring a thick layer.
  4. Chill the molds in the fridge for about 10 minutes until set.
  5. Remove from molds and fill half with cocoa powder and mini marshmallows.
  6. Warm a plate and briefly press each empty shell onto it to melt the edges slightly. Seal with another half.
  7. Chill again for another 10 minutes to secure.
