  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and place them in a resealable bag. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto soaked skewers with space between each piece.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
