  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into one-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
